1. The Minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
2. It was resolved that notification of the resolution of the Commission be made by advertisement in the Government Gazette, and also in the next publication of the Gazette, and in Newspapers whose circulation will precede the next publication.
3. Notification was accordingly made by the President to those Newspapers, viz., "The Friend of China" and "The China Mail".
4. The official documents and Records required yesterday were laid upon the table by Command of His Excellency
